Creamy Coffee Liqueur Pops

1 1⁄4 cups (300ml) half & half
3⁄4 cup (180ml) espresso
1⁄2 cup (120ml) Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
1⁄2 cup (120ml) water
1⁄3 cup (67g) sugar


Instructions

Makes ten-twelve 2.5 ounce Pops

Soak wooden pop sticks in a glass of warm water for at least 30 minutes.
Stir together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Divide mixture between ice pop molds.
Insert рор sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.
